The Central Library of Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology (NMIET) serves as the academic and intellectual hub of the institution. It is a rich repository of knowledge, supporting teaching, learning, research, and lifelong education. Library Automation done with SLIM21 library management software, All the books have been classified as per Dewey Decimal Classification and provided open access to the collection.
The library houses an extensive collection of books, reference materials, textbooks, print journals,Periodicals, e-journals, and e-books across diverse disciplines. It is well-equipped with modern facilities including a Reference Section, Journal Section, Reading Hall, Digital Library, and Stack Room, providing a comfortable and resource-rich learning environment for students and faculty.
A unique strength of the Central Library is its comprehensive collection of encyclopedias, handbooks, reference books, online e-books, e-journals, print journals, NPTEL video lecture series, and educational CDs. The library subscribes to a wide range of print and online resources, covering both technical and non-technical magazines, reputed journals, and periodicals.
Special emphasis is given to emerging and core areas such as Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Information Technology, Electronics &; Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, MCA, BCA, and MBA.
In addition to the Central Library, department maintains its own departmental library, offering subject-specific textbooks and reference books to support focused academic needs.
