Phase 1: Assessment & Planning (3 month)
- Conducting a needs assessment to identify the specific business support needs of the target audience.
- Developing a comprehensive service portfolio based on the needs assessment and available resources.
- Recruiting and training qualified staff to deliver the identified services.
- Establishing partnerships with relevant stakeholders like mentors, investors, and industry experts.
Phase 2: Implementation & Launch (6 months)
- Developing marketing and outreach strategies to promote the ACIC's business support services.
- Launching the service portfolio and start accepting applications for incubation, training programs, and other initiatives.
- Organizing outreach events and workshops to raise awareness and attract potential beneficiaries.
Phase 3: Monitoring & Evaluation (on-going)
- Regularly tracking the progress of startups and businesses utilizing the ACIC's services.
- Collecting feedback & suggestions from beneficiaries to improve the quality and effectiveness of services offered.
- Analyzing data and adapt the service portfolio based on learnings and market trends.
- Showcasing success stories of startups and businesses to inspire others and attract further investment.
- Creating peer learning methods for the successful entrepreneurship to share their secrets with fellow innovators.
- Creating various targets to set outreach and on boarding innovators.
