About Nutan Incubation Foundation (NIF)
Nutan Incubation Foundation (NIF) was incorporated on 20 th July 2023 under the sub section 8
of Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rule 2014
which is a not-to- profit organization and is registered in NGO Darpan created by NITI Aayog,
Government of India.
Nutan Incubation Foundation’s Nutan Incubation Centre (NIC) is supported by NMVPM (Nutan
Maharashtra Vidya Prasarak Mandal) & NMIET, envisages building and nurturing the
community in the state of Maharashtra including its Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities with respect to the startup and innovation ecosystem.
The objective of the NIC is to reach the innovators at the bottom of the pyramid and give them equitable opportunities, especially by reducing the lab-to-land distance and creating a space for
the pre-incubation of ideas & solutions.
